Minty Fresh Reindeer

Hello Everyone!

Just a quick holiday card today using some papers I picked up from Michael's. I find these soft minty tones so romantic for the holidays and perfect for a snowy reindeer scene!

Hello Everyone!

It's time for another challenge at ScrapAndMe. This month our theme is "Poinsettias". You can use a poinsettia stamp, an image, poinsettia paper or a poinsettia embellishment! For my card I have used some gorgeous papers from the ScrapAndMe "Christmas Memories" collection.

Sometimes I really wonder what these sweet babies are thinking about. Jessie is so deep in thought that she falls right off the branch! What could be keeping her mind so occupied?

Meanwhile outside... Things are getting heavy! Geddit? Heavy! Haha!

Does everyone remember the two sick orphaned babies who lived inside my patio couch last winter that I nursed back to health? Well this is one of those siblings, Zippy! Isn't he a handsome little dude! What a proud Mamma I am!

The day I get tired of watching sleeping baby squirrels is the day I hang up my rehabber hat. Until then, I tickle every tummy I see!

Meanwhile, outside... Wesley and Little Kate continue grow and make me laugh with their antics! Watch as Little Kate tries to discreetly get Wesley's attention.

Saturday was a sad day for me as I said goodbye to Chandler, my first born. He's off to the sanctuary where he will spend the winter learning how to be a squirrel in a giant cage with other squirrels. I tried to tell myself that I did my job and he's happy and healthy, but sadness took over. By the end of the video, tears were rolling down my cheeks and I couldn't say anything else.

I know he will do well, but he will always hold a special place in my heart and I will miss him so much every day. Good luck my sweet boy.

A little playtime in the Jungle Gym with baby Jessie. I love mornings, they're so curious and cute when they're awake but not quite awake! Lol

Oh my sweet little Dasher! It looks like he will be my last baby of the season, so sad! His eyesight seems to be improving and he is learning to climb and balance now. Don't think less of me if I give him some extra hugs and kisses!! I mean, he's just so darned cute!

Scarlett's pneumonia seems to be all cleared up now. She's still having balance issues, which will take time to resolve, but meanwhile, I can't help but smile at the alternative methods she uses for getting things done. Can't sit up while you eat? No problem, Scarlett has found the perfect solution!

This cute little fellow in an Opposum. I have just fallen in love with these sweet animals and I've decided that at some point, I want to learn to rehab them along with baby squirrels. Watch his big smile when I pet him, how can I resist a face like that!

That's it for today. Thank you for stopping in and for all the amazing comments. If you have any questions about today's babies, please let me know.
