Well the weather is starting to warm up here and I think I shall attempt a walk in the very near future. Until then, a few more pics from last year.

Beautiful Sparrow, taken before the first snowfall...

Not the best photo, but these White Breasted Nuthatches are so rare to see, I just had to keep this shot,
taken in January...

Father Goose protecting his young, taken last spring...

Scarlet, taken last spring...

The Cute Twin, taken last spring...

a trail friend from last spring...

That's it for today. Thank you for stopping in and for all the amazing comments.

Life is a Journey

Hello Everyone!

Today I am excited to share my first card featuring the newest Pion Design Collection "The World Awaits". This collection is so fun to create with, I couldn't stop myself from adding more and more amazing vintage elements! This is also my very first post for Scrapiniec and I am loving the fact that these two product lines go so well together!

Still sharing some older photos.
A female Cardinal...

A female Sparrow...

A male Cardinal...

I lost track of sweet little Daisy when the white patch disappeared on her face. I'm sure she's still around, I just can't tell her from the other trail friends now. lol

I still see Ginger now and again, but the little gal is hard as heck to capture with the camera!

My best bud Crazy Karen who keeps me smiling every day with beautiful little face of hers!
Karen is actually moulting at the moment and looks a little bit like a hobo, too funny!

Quick survey - has anyone else noticed that the scroll feature on your mouse no longer works in the editing box when writing a post? It works on the side panel in Post settings, but not in the actual writing space???

That's it for today. Thank you for stopping in and for all the amazing comments.

Still sharing some older photos. This shot is how the lake looked before the first snow fall, but it looks pretty much the same now. The ice has melted and the birds are slowly coming back.

One of my favourite things about where I live are the sounds of the birds on the lake. This time of year the Seagulls congregate on the lake and the sound is most amazing!

A male Sparrow...

A female Downy Woodpecker. Somebody inquired about the size of these birds. Yes, they are very small, almost as small as a Sparrow. Much smaller than their cousins the Hairy Woodpecker.

Petie is doing very well, although I haven't seen much of him since the snow melted. Out and about enjoying the world I guess. lol

To my absolute delight, I saw Princess Tabitha in the park this week. She doesn't look like this anymore, looks like she's had her own run-in with that nasty hawk, but she's alive and I'm so happy!

Delilah doesn't visit very often, but I was tickled on her last visit to see without any new scars or injuries. Stay safe little one!!

That's it for today. Thank you for stopping in and for all the amazing comments.
