Shopping List Organizer - Prima / Scrapiniec

Hello Everyone!

I have something completely different today. This is my first attempt at a handmade shabby chic book/album/journal type thing. This one is designed for organizing your shopping lists, wish lists, to-do lists or even special events lists. There's pockets for lists, gift cards, coupons and tags. I have done a walkthrough video for potential customers as this will be for sale in my Etsy Shop. Hope you enjoy.

So here is my first ever walkthrough video. There's no talking, I find that distracting, so just some soft music and a few fly-by notes. If you have time to take a looksie, please let me know what works and what could be improved on, from a customer's point of view. Thanks so much!!

Around this time last year, I started noticing an odd coloured bird out on the lake. This is the only usable shot I was able to get, and after only a few days, he was gone. Had to Google this guy, and I discovered he was a male Bufflehead. Quite a rare sighting as it turns out! I sure hope to catch sight of him again this year.

I love winter, but I'm done with that now. I'm ready for flowers and baby birds. Much to my chagrin unfortunately, we had quite the snowstorm on Friday. My friend Tiny Tim was about as impressed as I was. No worries though, by Saturday afternoon, the snow was all gone.

That's it for today. Thank you for stopping in and for all the amazing comments.

Pion Design - Lavender Wishes

Hello Everyone!

Today I am sharing a birthday card featuring the Pion Design collection "Scent of Lavender". Unfortunately, I believe this collection has been discontinued, but it remains one of my all time Pion Design favourites.

The filigree leaf die cuts are from Prima, the flowers were handmade using Distress inks, the pearls are all from The Duck's Doodahs, and everything else is from my stash.

The weather here has been quite lovely for this time of year. Some days have been so nice, that I've been craving setting the patio up! Of course, the minute I did that, you just know it would snow, so I'll be patient and wait just another little while. lol. Still sharing some older photos, but I do plan to try and get out for a walk this week.

For my birds, a female Swallow...

a Red Breasted Nuthatch...

and a sweet little Blue Jay...

From last year, this is The General. Oh how I hope to run into him again this spring!

A youngster trying to stash a nut in one of my patio stumps...

enjoying the morning sun...

Such a hilarious shot of a trail friend from last year...

That's it for today. Thank you for stopping in and for all the amazing comments.
