I am so excited to be here today as the Guest Designer for the wonderful monthly mixed media challenge blog COUNTRY VIEW CHALLENGES! I was just thrilled when I received an email from Chris asking me if I would do a guest spot and when she told me the theme was On Your Travels, I just knew it was time for another journal page!!
I would like to send out a big thank you to my wonderfully sweet and super talented friend Sara Emily of sarascloset. She sent me this fantastic stamp set by Tim Holtz called The Journey, which gave me the inspiration for my journal page. Thanks Sara, you`re the best!!
I highly recommend you zoom in on a few of these pictures so you can see the amazing textures that I achieved with my new bag of goodies from DecoArt. To view a full supersized image, right click the image and then hit 'open image in new tab'.

So along with another journal page comes...you guessed it...another video tutorial!! Hope you aren't getting sick of them yet. Every time I do a journal page with a video, I learn a little bit more about the art and about the video editing. I have cut down a bit on the boring repetitive stuff, hopefully making it easier to get through.
If I may push my luck and ask a favour of anyone who goes to the YouTube page to watch the video, could you please hit the little thumbs up button for me. That is how YouTube ranks the videos, by the number of "likes". Thank you so much, I really appreciate all of your support!! So here is it, hope you enjoy!
