***
Lots of misty days this week as the temperatures start to rise again, and look... the first signs of life with these white flowery bush things! YAY!!

"Hmmm, spring is kind of windy!"
~Mr Nuthatch~

I know spring is definitely here when the Robins arrive!
Can't wait for Robin baby season, my favourite!

"Excuse me!! I'm trying to say something here!!!"
~Gosling~

"I don't know who you are human, but anyone who brings me treats is welcome back any time!"
~a new trail friend~

"Any chance I could get you to drop the bag of peanuts and back away!"
~another new trail friend~

"Alright now, how am I supposed to concentrate on eating my lunch when this wind is blowing my ears off!"
~yet another new trail friend~
...
So many new faces this spring! Guess I'll have to name a few of them!

That's it for today. Thank you for stopping in and for all the amazing comments. If you have any questions or interesting tidbits about today's wildlife, please let me know.

  15. A stunning Mother's Day card, Pamellia! I adore the roses papers, and your beautiful laces peeking out beneath/between those stunning layers! The delicate chipboard pieces are the perfect compliment to your lovely shabby card, as is that ribbon! Yum!

As always, I enjoy your photography! I've never seen a baby robin before, which comes as a surprise, since we have so many here. All of my babies from the nests have fledged, and the trees come alive with chirping at dusk--getting to be my favorite time of day. With all the winter weather we've had this spring, I had forgotten how hot it gets here--temps in the 90's yesterday and HUMID! Yuck! The pool is still green, so there's no escape from the heat outdoors. Thank God for AC! Hugs!

  22. SO delicate, feminine and so VERY beautiful, love the net (tulle), love everything about it.
I wonder if that white (flowery bush) is the same as we have here in the UK, which is Blackthorn, it is in flower here now, berries will form and you can make "sloe gin" with them. Love your animal piccies, always do.
    Have a great week. Faith
